Oh man - tonight was a killer at the store. Well, I guess it was really fun - we stayed busy, but not a dull moment. As many horror stories as you may hear about holiday shoppers being rude, I must say I've been very lucky so far. Most have been pretty fun to work with and only a couple have been unreasonable this entire season.
